Your client's personal data (PII) stays with you

BrokerLedger runs on your machine. The bank statements you process and the expenditure reports it produces are stored on your computer, under your control. No personally identifiable information is uploaded to Ai Broker Solutions Ltd. You remain the data controller for your client data.

What we do collect

• Your account details — the name, email and ICO licence information you give us to set up a subscription.
• Licence and usage counts — enough to run your subscription and apply fair-use limits (for example, how many clients were processed), never the contents of a client's statements.
• Anything you email us — if you contact hello@, we keep that correspondence to help you.
• Basic website analytics — standard, privacy-respecting measures of how this website is used.

How we use it

Only to provide and support your subscription, apply fair-use limits, and answer your enquiries. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us what account information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when your subscription ends. Email [email protected] and we'll help.
